Catch Me!

Intro

Heavy, booming 808 bass kicks in, fast tempo, handclaps pacing up

Meow...

Yeah.

Purr, purr, purr.

Check the tail, check the fur.

Drop it low for a tomcat, sir.

Let’s go!

Verse 1

Three bad queens walking down the alley street,

Fluffy tails swishing, moving to the heavy beat.

Arching up our backs, yeah, we make it look real easy,

Glossy winter coats making all the kittens dizzy.

We step up close, stretching paws out to their face,

Soft claws, sharp eyes, taking over all the space.

But the toms just stand there, frozen like a statue,

Staring down their noses like they're looking right past you.

Pre-Chorus

They look so cold, eyes like ice,

We’re too spicy, they’re playing nice?

Nah, we lean in close, purring in their ear,

Time to shake the ground, make the vision real clear!

Chorus

Catch me! (Drop it!)

Touch me! (Pop it!)

Catch me! (Drop it!)

Touch me! (Don't stop it!)

We shake the fluff, make the bassline boom,

Three bad felines overtaking the room.

Catch me! Touch me! What you gonna do?

We’re the baddest in the litter, and we’re looking right at you!

Verse 2

Bass gets deeper, rhythm switches to a bouncy, stuttering twerk beat

Twerking that fur, make it bounce, make it roll,

Gotta melt the ice in that tomcat soul.

Left paw, right paw, drop it to the floor,

Left 'em looking confused, but they're wanting some more.

They try to act tough, keep a straight face, straight jaw,

But we're breaking down the defense with a velvet-soft paw.

Look at them blinking, look at them sweat,

Best cat dance that they ever seen yet.

Instrumental interlude

Bridge

Wait... look close, see the ice start to break?

One tail twitches, giving it a little shake.

Their hearts starting melting, the rhythm took control,

No more acting cold, now they're ready to roll!

They step into the circle, they're dropping it low,

From the alley to the rooftop, watch the tomcats go!

Chorus

Catch me! (Drop it!)

Touch me! (Pop it!)

Catch me! (Drop it!)

Touch me! (Don't stop it!)

We shake the fluff, make the bassline boom,

Now the whole damn pack is overtaking the room.

Catch me! Touch me! What you gonna do?

The whole alley's jumping and the beat is brand new!

Instrumental outro

Outro

Fast claps, laughing, happy meowing sounds mixed into the beat

Everybody bouncing, paws in the air,

Calicos and tabbies jumping everywhere.

No more cold stares, we just living our best life,

Purring on the bassline, cutting through the night.

Yeah!

Happy cats in the zone.

We out!

Hiss...
