What the converter actually does
Suno streams every finished song as AAC audio in an M4A container. This converter fetches that stream and, depending on the format you pick, either hands it over unchanged (Original), re-encodes it with ffmpeg to a 192 kbps MP3 or decodes it to 16-bit 44.1 kHz WAV, or fetches the MP4 video Suno itself rendered for the song (cover art plus the same audio). ID3 title tags are written so the file shows the song name in any player.
Because the source is already compressed, no output format can be higher quality than the original — MP3 and WAV are convenience formats, not upgrades. That is the honest answer to "which Suno converter gives the best quality": the one that lets you keep the original, which this one does.

Online converter vs desktop software vs extensions
Desktop converters need a file to start from, which puts you back at Suno's own Download button and its per-plan limits (7 lifetime on Free, 20 a month on Pro, 60 on Premier since September 2026). Browser extensions need install permissions and break every time Suno changes its player. An online converter that works from the public song link needs neither: it reads the same page anyone can open, never signs in to Suno and does not use your Suno download allowance. The trade-offs are that only public songs work, downloads here need a Google sign-in, and each account has a small daily quota.
