How to download any public Suno song as an MP4 video

Three steps, about a minute, no Suno account required.

  1. 1

    Paste the Suno link

Copy the song URL from suno.com or a suno.com/s/ share link and paste it above.

  2. 2

    Preview the track

Check the title, cover and lyrics; the cover you see is the frame the video is built from.

  3. 3

    Download as MP4

Sign in with Google, keep MP4 selected next to Download, and click. Files are typically 5–30 MB.

What is in the MP4

For every public song Suno renders a video file on its CDN: the song's cover art as the picture, the complete audio underneath, H.264 video with AAC sound in a standard MP4 container. It is the same asset the "Video" option in Suno's own Download dialog gives you. This tool fetches that file as-is — nothing is re-encoded, so the audio is identical to the original stream.

Because the picture is the static cover (Suno adds a subtle motion treatment on some tracks), the file is small for its length: a three-minute song is usually 8–15 MB. If you only need the sound, MP3 is a fifth of the size.

What people use the video for

  • Posting the song. TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X all want a video file, not an audio file. The MP4 uploads directly with the cover as the visual.
  • Sharing in chat. WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage show an inline player for MP4, which they don't for M4A.
  • A quick lyric or promo video. Drop it on a timeline in CapCut or Premiere, add text on top, export.

For anything that needs your own visuals, take the cover art and the WAV and build the video yourself.

Availability, rights and limits

Most public songs have a video; a few very new or very old ones don't, and you'll see "Suno has no video for this song yet" — the audio formats still work. Only public songs can be read, the tool never signs in to Suno, and the file is for personal use. Posting someone else's song is their call, not yours; commercial rights for a Suno track come only from the creator's official download on a paid plan (details). One song counts once against your daily limit here whichever formats you save.

Suno Video Downloader FAQ

What resolution is the Suno MP4?

It is the file Suno renders: square (1:1) video built from the song's cover art, H.264 with AAC audio. Resolution varies by song, typically 1024×1024 or close to it.

Is the audio in the MP4 the same quality as the M4A?

Yes. The MP4 carries Suno's original AAC stream; nothing is re-encoded here. Extracting the audio from it gives you the same sound as the Original download.

Why does it say there is no video for this song?

Suno renders videos asynchronously and skips some tracks. If the CDN has no MP4 for the song, the tool tells you instead of failing silently. MP3, WAV and the original M4A are still available.

Does the MP4 use extra quota?

No. A song counts once per day across all formats. If you already downloaded the MP3, the MP4 of the same song is free.
