Intro: dark pads, vinyl crackle, slow 808 pulse, crackling fire texture

Devil Duck

Feel the heat

(Quack, quack)

Verse 1: Female, cold, menacing, full voice

Horns on my head and my wings lit with fire

Whole pond went quiet when I rose from the pyre

You been quackin' so loud but there's nothing in your beak

Big talk, small splash, you're the shallow end of weak

Little Chicken in the corner with a cardboard bill

Bawk, bawk, bawk, you're about to feel the grill

Don Quacko runs the ring but he's standing real still

I came to take the crown and I'm torching it at will

Pre-Chorus: Female, building, full voice

Feel the water boil

Smell the smoke in the air

Every duck on the bank

Knows the devil is there

Chorus: Female, 808s hit hard, full voice, clear lead vocal

Devil Duck, I'm coming for your crown

Devil Duck, I'm burning the pond down

You can flap, you can run, you can quack all you like

But I'm the last duck standing in the firelight

(quack)

Verse 2: Female, sharp, slow, full voice

You said you were a mallard, you're a rubber toy

Squeak, squeak in the bathtub, trying to make some noise

I don't need a bracket, I don't need a cheer

Every duck in the water knows the devil is here

Quacklash tried to counter but he's stuck in reverse

Sexy Diva Duck's all feathers, no verse

Bill from the Billing Department, your soul is due

Sign on the dotted line, I'm collecting from you

Pre-Chorus: Female, building, full voice

Feel the water boil

Smell the smoke in the air

Every duck on the bank

Knows the devil is there

Chorus: Female, bigger, 808s hit hard, full voice, clear lead vocal

Devil Duck, I'm coming for your crown

Devil Duck, I'm burning the pond down

You can flap, you can run, you can quack all you like

But I'm the last duck standing in the firelight

(quack)

Verse 3: Female, cold, menacing, full voice, faster flow

Capybaras clap, but they only came for snacks

Ninja Duck went missing when I turned my back

James Pond went under, so much for his plan

Now he's ash in the water, ash in my hand

Sir Duck's armor is tin, it will melt in my heat

The Mallard guards the throne but he's burning his seat

Doobie Duck's still lost in the smoke somewhere

Nobody told the pond that the devil don't share

Chorus: Female, 808s hit hard, full voice, clear lead vocal

Devil Duck, I'm coming for your crown

Devil Duck, I'm burning the pond down

You can flap, you can run, you can quack all you like

But I'm the last duck standing in the firelight

(quack)

Bridge: sparse, spoken-sung, clear full voice

Don't hate the duck, hate the game

But the game is on fire and so is your name

Say my name, say it slow

Welcome to hell, I run the show

Verse 4: Female, slow, full voice, menacing

You came for the crown, you're leaving with a feather

Hope you like it hot, it's hellish weather

One duck rises while the rest of you burn

Devil Duck's got a lesson you'll learn

Final Chorus: Female, full 808s, full voice, clear lead vocal

Devil Duck, I'm coming for your crown

Devil Duck, I'm burning the pond down

Flap back all you want, I'll be here when you're through

Devil Duck, the ashes are all that's left of you

Devil Duck, I'm coming for your crown

Devil Duck, the last duck standing, sit down

You can flap, you can run, you can quack all you like

Devil Duck rules the hellfire tonight

Outro: beat strips to pads and 808, spoken

(Quack)

Billing department closed

I drop the mic

(THUD)
